Singapore being an island doesn't have much on the hill stations list.
The highest point on the city is Bukit Tumah Hill. On the height of 163 metres this is supposed to be the
highest point on the island. The Bukit Tumah hill, is supposed to be one of the busiest places in the city.
Navigating to Bukit Tumah is very easy. One can take taxis or buses to the little town. Bukit Tumah's
nightlife is also reportedly one of the best. It has its stock of busy bars,leisure centre and casinos. There
is a exotic wildlife present in this area of Singapore.
The Bukit Tumah hill is very interestingly known to have the "Mist Walk". Early in the morning, one can
take a walk around the hill which people consider to be very healthy. The abundance of eucalyptus trees
in the town is a "Lung Freshener".
Also in the town, we have mountain-biking. Adventure lovers can have a wild time here. One can rent
out a new dirt-bike, mountain-bike and have a great adventure tour in the hill. The mountain biking is
very exciting, along the steep curves and the turns in the town.
The Tumah Hills are also connected to the Wildlife reserve, where one can have a serene time ,
birdwatching or going to a safari. Birdwatching in this area is extremely popular. One can have a great
view of the birds such as American CockTail, Spring Parrot, Rainbow parrot and other beautiful birds
here.
