Beaches are the ultimate way of relaxation in your vacation. The cold breeze, the ocean kissing your feet and the sun shining down on your back are only the start. Europe has many number of beaches in which you can forget all your worries and enjoy life as it comes!
Here are some of the beaches that you must visit while you are in Europe
La Concha, Spain: If you are on a holiday to Europe, chances are that you are going to visit Spain. Make sure that you head out to La Concha on the northeastern coast for one of the best beaches in Spain. Located near the fun filled town of San Sebastian, this beach offers amazing view of the cityscape around a protected bay. There are plenty of night clubs and restaurants nearby so there is plenty of fun to be had away from the beach as well!
The Curonian Spit, Lithuania: Located on the shores of the Baltic Sea, the 98km-long Curonian Spit remains one of the undiscovered beaches of the continent. A ferry from the Lithuanian port of Klaipeda brings you to the beach in less than ten minutes. You could also hire a bike from the fishing villages of Nida and set off the coast in search of your own golden sands to settle in. The sea is warm enough to swim during the summer and it is not a bad idea if you want to get away from the heat. Women tend to get bored of the beach after a while and there is amber jewellery in Nida that you can buy while your husbands are busy at sea. After you have had the fun, you can enjoy a delicious meal with the locals, all at a very low price! |
