An occasional stop by the beaches to spend a long afternoon laying back and drinking in all the sun, or a thrilling evening to indulge in water sports is some of the things you can add to your list of to-dos when you visit the United States. There are a number of iconic beaches known to be the best places for both the afore-mentioned activities. The Hapuna-beach in Hawaii for instance hosts waters so clear you get to look at the sand bed drift away as you take a swim in the sea, for it is known for its excellent conditions that enable visitors to take a dip and refresh themselves. Besides, you can always get yourself a nice tan and lay back and enjoy the palms that dot the length of the beach.
The Fort De Soto park is yet another destination that is a host to some of the finest beaches you'll find in Florida. When you're in Florida you might as well enjoy a Siesta in a beach which from its very name is designed for the same. At the Siesta beach you'll be able to witness some of the most beautiful sunsets as you tread the soft and pure white sand that covers the entire stretch of this iconic beach. If you're looking to party and have a little fun on the beach you might want to visit the Miami Beach which is the mother of all party beaches! As you dance away with your flip flops on try to catch a glimpse of all the cruisers at the docked at the harbour. The Big Island in Hawaii is host to many beaches and some of them are ones the likes of which you'll never find in any other place. The only beach with green sand is at the big island and is one of the many 'picture-perfect' stretches of sand you'll ever visit! |
